a list of thread counts...
 i have a small rule for myself so that i don't feel overwhelmed, and it includes a small limit on how many threads i will allow each character in. listed below are the characters i have, and it will include how many threads i have out of my limit. please note that sometimes i do go over it, but when plotting, please ask me if it's okay to send a starter! all in all, who is accepting as of now?
