Jackson Carter Frye Male 17 Rise of the Guardians Jack Frost Logan Lerman Kierra | Appearance
Jack looks pretty close to his play-by, pretty much the way he looked before he became Jack Frost. He has light blue eyes and dark, shaggy hair. He’s thin and wiry, but very agile. He does well at sports and basically any kind of game. He doesn’t really care about what he wears, but he has this one dark blue jacket that he just loves. He has no idea why, but he has a hard time leaving the house without it, so he generally doesn’t. He hates wearing shoes, so he’s barefoot as much as he can be, often ditching his shoes in the middle of the day because he’s not in the mood to wear them. He also has a thing for playing with long sticks. He doesn’t know why, but he is constantly looking for a decent sized stick with a hook on the end to make a good staff. He hasn’t found one yet though.
Personality
Jackson goes by Jack. No matter what. He has never told anyone his full name and doesn't plan to. He likes going by Jack much more.
He loves to have fun. He likes sports and games and is basically interested in doing anything that seems entertaining. Not only that, but he likes to have fun with others. He is sarcastic and witty, and enjoys making others laugh and causing mischief in whatever way he can. He has no problem making a fool out of himself to keep those around himself happy and would do anything for his friends. Jack is extremely loyal, even when things get tough and he never gives up, even when placed in an impossible situation.
Jack loves playing with snow and loves hanging around near water. Whether it be waterfalls, or a river or even the ocean, Jack enjoys the soothing sensation of listening to water. He likes climbing trees and basically just being outside in the fresh air.
He doesn’t really like to be alone, so he tries to stay with his friends as much as possible. He doesn’t like being ignored or left out, so he normally throws himself in the middle of things to make sure that he is involved. Jack also does not like rules. He likes to run around and do whatever seems like fun, but doesn’t conform well to what others expect of him.
History
Jack has always loved having fun. Before he was made Guardian, he played with his friends and little sister, often playing tricks and making up games. One day, while ice skating with his little sister, the ice underneath her began to crack. Jack quickly thought up an idea and they played hopscotch to get her out of there. (He used his staff to help rescue her as well) However, once his sister was safe, he was in danger and the ice under him ended up cracking and he went under. He should have died then, but he did not.
Instead, the Man in the Moon made him an immortal Winter Spirit and Jack began to have fun once more. However, he’d lost all memory of who he was. Then the Man in the Moon told the other Guardians that Jack Frost was meant to be one of them. Dragged to the North Pole in a sack, they revealed this to them and Jack did not believe them. He didn’t think he was like them or that he was supposed to be a guardian.
Then Pitch started attacking. First he took the Tooth Fairy’s fairies and all the teeth she had. The Guardians and Jack spent the night doing Tooth’s duty, taking teeth and replacing them with goodies. Then Pitch comes and a small battle ensued between the Guardians and Pitch, during which battle Sandman was turned into nightmare sand. Jack blamed himself for not saving his friend.
The Guardians decide that their only hope is to make sure Easter happens like it should. Jack helps them get ready, but then gets distracted by a voice, which leads him to his baby teeth and memories of his previous life. Pitch and Jack talk for a while, Pitch trying to convince Jack to join him, but Jack refuses and Pitch breaks his staff. With Pitch gone, Jack finally sees his memories and gains confidence in who he is.
He goes back to help the Guardians, but it is too late for Easter. Jack decides to defend the last child who still believes in the Guardians- Jamie- and discovers that the young boy can see him too. The other guardians join the two and then Pitch arrives. It doesn’t take Jack long to realize that his center is fun and he uses that to his advantage. Jack hits him with a snowball, momentarily distracting him and rushes off with Jamie to find his friends. The battle became vicious between the Guardians, Jack and Pitch and at the last moment Jack was faced off with Pitch when Sandman came back and saved the day.
Jack decided to join the Guardians and pledged to keep the children of earth safe. Then another battle with Pitch began. Of course, Jack worked to help Charming and the rest of the heroes, but the battle was still vicious. In the end, he woke up on a beach, once again having lost his memories.
Now Jack wants to be a free spirit. He wants to run around and have fun, but there are things he is supposed to do- like go to school. He tries to avoid it as much as he can, but that’s not always possible. He loves having fun with his friends, pulling pranks and being mischievous. He’s rarely in one place for long, but he has a strong desire to do what is right and help others all the same.
